You are right about the spark plugs getting crappy with LRP.

I thought I was going to strip the thread in the alloy head when I went to
remove the plugs, after only 1000 kms using LRP.  The carbon was embedded
into the lower thread and I suspect after a few plug removals, helicoils
will be as rare as hen's teeth.  I had to really apply torque on the plug
spanner for about a quarter of every plug extraction before they loosened to
a "normal" plug removal feel.

I have just read that LRP is Premium ULP with a lead replacement
additive(Today's RACV monthly) - could this be correct?
