Dont suppose you used the same vacuum advance line each time?
Coz if there's a hole in it you may end up with symptons like yours. I had
the same problem with my 180b recently and replaced coils plugs many times
leads etc all parts then saw a tiny hole in my vac adv line. Doh ah well
might help ya
