Disregard the other message as some how I forgot to mention a couple of
things.

*Smile* I bought it to go on my L20B but got excited and fitted it to the
L18 cos i could not wait (I'm like i littl kid with a new toy, playing
with dattos is so much fun he he) oh yeah that extra power is amazing I
thought it would improve but not as much as it did best money I ever
spent. Well I will ajust the mixture when I get home and tell you how I
go.

So what are you running in your 1600?

I have a 1972 GL with L18, I got for $370 in Feb my mods so far are:
new seats from a bluebird
sports wheel
13 x 6" mags and 205 60 13 tyres
Genie extractors
2" exhaust system straght through to a redback sports muffler
5 speed dogleg box from a 200B aspen
fixed heaps of rust
32/36 DGAV webber (as you know)

Next planed mods:
200B struts with grilock calipers and standard rotors (in workshop)
Rear suspention new springs and shockies lowered some
L20B (in workshop) with head work and mild cam (yet to be done)

some advice about rear springs and shockies would be great?

thanks again your help has been invaluable.

regards
Chris.
