Morning Listers!!!
I am going through the sarger to end all!!! First my
engine decides its had enough, then I thought I'd get
my head redone, so I ring up Crank shaft rebuilders,
Yep they said next day, 5 days later I get it back in
pieces, and the price has jumped from $160 to $273 and
when I made a comment about it, the guy didn't give a
fuck, and tonite when I was torquing down the bolts
for the camshaft holders, three out of the 8 bolts are
fucked, they are threaded!!!!!!! I swear I'm going to
give up soon. O.K not yet but Soon!!!!
Is there any decent shops left out there!!!!!!!!!!!
If so where!!!!!
P.S Any ideas how to fix my threaded bolt prob?- They
look like they have some kind of helicoil thing glued
inside, is this normal???
