Malcolm,

Group A rally cars are required to use a 34mm restrictor and it's generally
said the maximum power with any turbo engine (w/ restrictor) is 225kw.  That
Z18's inlet pipework and airfilter are all at LEAST 64mm (2.5") in diameter

Have a good look,the air pod is in 100% on the air flow meter then the turbo

What intercooler?their is no pluming for it
Air intake:air pod onto pipe via intercooler then into turbo.

Anyway the pod is to small for that type of power,Have a look at a air box flow
chart.
Their is one in the K&N book so its also probley on the net somewhere.
