Cam,

If you are not planning on changing springs etc, the Koni reds will be
perfect. I opted for the custom yellows because I do change springs for
different circuits etc, therefore the adjustability is really good.

For racing purposes, the externally adjustable is also good for "dialling
in" at the track. I picked up nearly 2 secs at Eastern Creek with shock
adjustments. I also run different shock settings for wet and dry conditions,
again this is handy for quick adjustment just prior to the race.
