Wouldn't have a clue as I don't know how much power
the engine had to begin with. It was pretty worn. Basically I'm
doing all I can within reason to extract maximum performance from the
turbo. It was cheap to build(the manifold), a bottle of wine for the
exhaust and two turbo flanges, 25 bucks for the buttweld bends, 35 bucks for the
exhaust wrap(my price). The expensive bit is getting it machined. My
old man's mate is now back from holidays so he will be able to remachine it for
free which is a great relief.
When its properly sorted out, I'll take some
piccies.
