When I had my hydraulic hooked up I ran a clutch master cylinder out of a Toyota Landcruiser. It had a plastic reservoir that used a bolt inside to hold it on. The line in was brased into a head with a similar thread to this bolt. That is the part which is not totally legal as there is not supposed to be any welding/brasing in a brake line. Anyway I run a new line front the junction in the middle of the firewall to the cylinder. I then run a second line from the outlet to the junction at the rear near the diff. It was a bit of a pain to bleed the system as you had to work the foot brake as well as the hydraulic.
The cylinder was mounted to a plate between the seats and an escort hand brake lever was set up to operate the brake. Make sure that you use a strong lever as you tend to reef it on and I had to support inside the lever with some aluminium plate so that it would not bend.
