I am pretty sure that is correct.
You usually only get neg driving if you are in a single car accident, your
fault and only your car damaged.

The Tow Truck driver said that even IF I was speeding it is still classified
by insurance as his fault as he didn't negotiate the turn safely.  Has
anyone else had any similar experience with an accident that can calm my
