hi,  its just aload of crap, they cant  tell if you where speeding, maybe if
u where doing  EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE  speed over the limit  e.g 120 in a 25 k
zone........ unless they actually had a speed camera,/lazer gun , and caught
u out with that  then you got nothing to worry about.
what about if the wittnesses are lying or inaccurate in their  guess?

 think about it, it alway seems the one in the wrong always  says, he was
speeding...... but can they prove it?
