Interesting, I've always toyed with the idea of using air-shocks with higher rate springs too. My FJT 1600 probably only makes just over 200Hp but still launches very badly and lacks traction thru the first 2 gears. Should have coilover rear springs down the track so migth be able to play around a lot easier...
