Andrew,
The difference between all the bulbs is just the electrical fitting and the
number of filaments

eg
1 pin 1 filament (H1)

pigtail connector 1 filament (H3)
http://www.powerbulbs.com/halogen/h3.htm

3 pin 2 filaments (H4)

2 pin, 2 filaments (H7)

regards
Terry

Hi Terry,

Thanks for that - one thing I have never understood (and havent
been able to find out) is the difference between all the bulb
classifications ie what makes an H1 an H1, and whats different
about it from an H4 etc etc?!

Andrew
