Some seat belt bolt on to the 5/8 mark up the B piller(comen)
Now the one at the bottom of the B piller also has one about 4" back from that one.
Their is also a top one under the roof linning about where the rear hand grabs are.
Every NZ made 510 has the two sets of holes just like the Japanese ones,So I just thought they all did.
NOTE"+ some are welded up factory but you can see where to drill.
