Adam, I can't spot what's wrong from the pics. There's definitely a problem if the mounts don't line up with all 4 bolts. The brackets are different, i.e. left and right - check you haven't be given 2 the same or something. Both of the 1600 mounts are the same for either side, it only the brackets that are different.
