Yeah I would shop around too.
one reason Barry has a lot of cars in his workshop is that it takes him a
long time to finish the work on each car.
I have heard that his wiring looms are good, but also very big and heavy. I
haven't seen one myself so can't comment.

There is nothing wrong with your old datto wiring if it works. I actually
did pick up a good nick (for age) auto loom for <$50.
