I put a Tilton twin plate in the GTi-R... no slip at all once your foot is off the clutch :)
It's (conservatively) rated to 650NM with a medium diaphragm spring... you can get firmer springs if you need more. Check out: http://www.ecparts.co.uk/tilton/clutches.htm at the bottom.
