Andrew, U13 is the only one I can think of that comes close to your description but I'm not sure that the distance between the bolts are exactly the same as a 1600. Stanza also uses much the same idea as the 1600, the rails are the same height and the rear bolt holes are the same distance apart but the front mounts are different to the 1600.
