no we arent refering to the steel rod and rubber seal that presses in to the
booster ( i am desribing this as i am looking from the front of the car -
not from the drivers seat)

inside the booster closest to the fire wall there should be a little rubber
disc that pressed into the booster


Hope you guys can figure out what i mean

stick your finger into the booster and feel along the bottom and see if this
disc is floating around in the bottom
