S12 is 7.5:1 CR, 0.63AR, +7psi
DR30 is 8.0:1, 0.48AR, the nonIC DR30 runs +7psi, the IC engine runs +9psi.
 
Turbo is T3, almost everything else is the same although there are minor differences to manifold and pollution fittings.

The Turbochargers have different A/R ratios and specs, and the last model Skyline was intercooled, which incresed power slightly.
