I'd
check T/C rod donuts first. Easy way to check is with car on ground, grab
hold of wheel at 3 & 9 o'clock and try to turn the wheel left & then
back right. A bit like you'd be steering doing a weave, like a tyre warming
exercise. While you're doing it, position yourself so yo can see the back of the
donut and you'll see movement in the rod if there's any
play.
