Terry, Going on that calculation i would definately say that it is Nm.I have driven many cars that have a higher factory torque rating than 245Nm and mine has a lot more torque than that.The mechanical advantage of using 3rd gear with a 3.9 ratio diff on a dyno can be huge when it comes to measuring torque.If i wanted to work out the flywheel torque figure i could find the rwhp figure at the point of maximum torque(228rwhp@5300rpm) do a rough estimate of what that would equate to at the flywheel and work the torque out from there.
