Sounds pretty serious.It's got me beat how a law like that gets passed.A cop can just take your car for doing a bit of a skid.There must be some sort of appeal process thru the courts.It must be pretty upsetting knowing that they are coming to take your pride and joy.I've heard about this but refused to believe this can happen in our country.Probably best to get a copy of this crazy law and get some proper legal advise.I hope everything works out ok.Best of luck.
