OK so if you want a better cam in your L16 or L18 you go to the L20B grind. What about if you have a standard L0B and want a hotter cam? Do you have to go aftermarket or can you swap in a Z cam.
When changing an L series cam what is involved? I've only pulled apart a L20B. Haven't put one back together yet.
