I bought a 1600 L20 a few years back that had twin hitachis on it that went ok.When i pulled the motor out i found that it had a ivan tighe cam around the 26/65 mark.

    Ive had a L20b cam reground into 30/70 specs 280 degrees duration, and with
    slightly greater lift than std but not by much.  Camshaft Engineering did
    it for me here in perth, about $100 for the job
