The usual stuff for me: near misses with cars leaning off jack(s), 
heat-shrinking wires to the fuel pump using a ciggy lighter with the 
fuel hoses dangling next to it, pulling pressurised fuel hoses off and 
spraying fuel mist into eyes, forgetting the car  is on axle stands and 
trying to drive off wondering why I'm not moving... just your basic 
amateur mechanic f* ups really!
