G'day All, I got my old man to drive the my 240Z and I followed him to see when it blew smoke, and it blows absolutely none, as in not a whisp, unless you give it the absolute boots and then it does this big dump of smoke. I am also not convinced its coming out the exhaust, my old man said it might be something called a PCB valve? He said if this is jammed the sump may be pressuried causing it to leak out somewhere then fall onto the exhaust or whatever.. I dunno. But I do know its using around 4L of oil every 1000km or so. Is the PCB valve thing a possibility? And can anyone be bothered quickly explaining how/why it works and what i should do to check & replace it. Thanks,
