Chris,

Having the brake vac take off makes no difference to which runner is used on
a manifold. Most factory road cars have the vac point on one runner, no
matter whether it's EFI as vacuum is only supplied to the booster when the
brake is on and typically throttle off. When the brake is off and there's no
demand for vac the one way valve seals the vac off so the fuel system
doesn't see anything different. That's typical of road cars and not always
the case with racing vehicles or those used for aggressive driving etc which
is why some ppl prefer non-boosted brakes for these ventures. I quite often
lightly left foot brake (even with a manual) to balance a vehicle through
quick roundies and although both mine are boosted it doesn't upset Webers or
EFI to any noticeable extent.

regards
Terry

but wouldn't that upset the weber tuning having it in just one runner?
