I think the marketing of NIssan was to produce mostly the the 2 door for the US where small 2 door cars like BMW, Fiat and Alfa were selling well at the time, and mostly 4 doors for other markets as more of a small budget family car. The Bluebird Coupe was available from Nissan in NZ though not many were sold here and I think most are private imports from Japan, as in Australia (or from SE Asia). There are very few wagons here in NZ I think 2 or 3 maybe... I read somewhere also that in the early 1970's The 510 was actually the best selling 1600cc car in the world too! I'm sure someone else will have some more accurate info! though.
