Will it be a daily driver?? I would leave it in! 
(Good selling point).  You have more room with that
setup. I run Boosted Brakes in my rally car, cos I
cant afford to change it over and when you brake for
corners as much as we do very aid is a welcomed one! 

In the real world a boosted car will probably be a lot
more easier to drive compared to your setup.
