You would be suprised out how well the little CA18det's like to rev although the
one ive been playing with lately is being limited to 8000rpm.They are also quite
strong in standard form and with a set of forged pistons will cop a lot of
abuse.Anyone that put a 600-700hp turbo on one is just plain mad.We have been
using a t25g with a 48mm comp wheel using the .64a/r turbine and the .8a/r comp
although the turbine wheel is slightly smaller than the GTiR one the comp wheel
is bigger.This one is using a 15psi actuator and is making over 230rwhp and is
certainly drivable.The owner is fitting a 75hp nos kit this week which will go
well having a nice responsive engine with a bit more punch at the flick of a
switch.
