Hi list,

Following on from the discussion last week about some peoples L 
series engines not revving (incl mine :) on the weekend I played 
around with my spark plug gaps, after Kris said he ran 1mm gaps or 
something. 

I had mine set to whatever the factory L18 spec is, and opened them 
up to 40thou'. Running a downdraft weber, elec dizzy on otherwise 
standard L18, the difference to driveability was v noticable, and the 
engine revs FAR more cleanly now. Which leads to the question, what 
plugs and gaps do people run on their various engine setups?
