it's off of a ford econovan or mazda e2000 van
there is no mods needed, it bolts straight in, the 
big difference is that it is ratchet type.  i found by
using genuine ford or mazda you get a better 
quality ratchet than using the cheap repco ones
you'll pay $50 for a tensioner, but i reckon it will 
last longer.  
i can get you the part number if you want but if
you ring up ford or mazda and ask for the tensioner 
for the cars i mentioned above, it looks identical
to the l-series, fj series tensioner, the difference is
it's ratchet.  it looks identical to a mitsubishi magna
one actually, we sell a few of those.  i should take
one into work and compare, might be another match

I got a small questioned on the FJ timing setup, I'm in the middle of a
rebuild and there  was talk of using a Mazda tensioner (anyone got the
part number)  I have found than there is 2 do I need to change both for
the mada one or is it just the top one??
