Richard my #1 (breather) just goes into a breather box, kinda frowned upon by the authorities, or you can get an oil/air separator and hook it up to your intake.

In regards to #3 for a better vacuum signal you can hook up both #3's together then to the brake booster.

My throttle uses a cable but its a different setup.

Subject: weber questions

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you could help me with my setting up my 40mm webers.

Please see the link below as the questions refer to the picture:

Questions:

how can I connect #2 and #3 together they are off line and a heap shorter that the original throttle rods... do you guys use a cable instead or something?

where should I be connecting #1 to? It used to put oil back into the air box (dont know why) on my old su's

I know #4 is like vacuum and I need one for my booster, where should the other one go (as there are 2 on the manifold)?

Also you know how there is a hole in the block, which used to plug into the carby, where should this be redirected to?

Im assuming I block up all the water pipes which go to the carby, do you just put a stopper in the tube or whats the best way to plug them up.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

Richard
