In regard to 2 and 3 - Run a cable!
Get a Brass plug for the unused #4
Just block off the water outlets that used to go to the old inlet manifold. U can source really neat ones at the wreckers.
#1 and the other one under the manifold (#5 ?) should run to an oil catch tank WITH a breather. I make a really neat custom one from 2L Golden Circle cordial containers. haha
I always used Paul England Engineering in Pascoe Vale when I lived in Melb for that sort of work
Cheers

Richard,

I don't know whether it makes it more effective but I had another number 4 inserted into the manifold for the vacuum on the 180B brake booster. If you have two, just change the rear one to a T piece and connect both.

I also had quite an angle from where the linkage sat on the firewall to where it connected to the linkage from the carbies. We made another mounting bracket for the firewall so it lined up with the carby linkage. The long rod that comes from over near the fuse box still does it's job but just runs up at an angle. I think it is better to line up the the linkage from the firewall through to the carby linkage as the whole setup seems to operate more smoothly.

Not sure about connecting 2 to 3. Can you slide the linkage on the weber manifold away from the firewall to allow for the other arm from the fierwall ? I can't remember whether I sourced another shorter arm for this job.

An oil air seperator should be used for both number 1 and the breather from the block. Micko makes these custom items however I am not allowed to divulge the materials used.

I used a tidy little rubber cap to block off the water where it normally connects to the block over near the battery.

Cheers

Eric
