Ryan,

In theory that's a "yes" but from elsewhere to the ACT tends to be always a
bit more difficult than that. The RTA modified vehicle standards in the ACT
are very high. My experience is that going the other way should be a lot
easier.

regards
Terry

Subject: Rego transfer between states

Hi People

Has anybody bought a modified vehicle from a different state?
I may have found something that I am interested in
has a engineers cert for the rego, would be changing from act to nsw rego, I
may be able to use an act address but if it is easy to change would be
happier.

Is it just a case of putting over the pits, flashing the engineers and then
paying for new plates?

Many Thanks
Ryan
