Hi Mick,

Yeah I reckon the factory EFI system is pretty good. I DIDhave it 
running very well, more economical, better driveability, revving cleaner, 
but found that it had a vacuum leak at the manifold to head interface. 
So I thought that once fixed it should run even better. However now its 
fixed and has no leaks its running far worse, and comparable to the old 
32/36 downdraft weber setup :(

So now it seems to be defying logic and its a case of playing around 
with settings to try and get it running back to its former self :)
