i am getting some help from a mate, or possibly getting the guy whos doing the hone for me to put it together...
I am only doing a very simple and cheap freshen up so i am re-using the standard pistons.. I haven't priced any forgies because no doubt they will be out of my price range, how much are wiseco pistons normally??

I am rebuilding a ca18det to standard specs, no forged pistons or anything special for me as my wallet wont allow it..
So far i have been told to get chrome rings not cast ones and i have looked up prices for ACL rings and bearings and they are a good price..
What other brands should i be looking at?
I just want to know that whatever i end up using will last well, so if anyone has used a particular brand or type and had good results then let me know, especially if it was on a ca18det or similiar..
