I usually set the actuator rod hole up so that its around 3mm short of the
closed flap.
The factory gasket is the go.I also get one thru coventrys thats as good as
the factory one but not sure on the brand.It has that same shinney grey
stuff that like glues itself with heat.

I've got a new wastegate actuator for a new turbo and i'm not sure how
tight the wastegate should be set? Tight as possible or simply closed?
Also with re to gaskets on the exhaust manifold (sr20det) i've gone to two
different places and both could only supply cardboard/paper gaskets to
suit the sr20det. Would this gasket cause any problems?
