Hi Guys,
Well got my gasket and went to put the turbo on and got all the little
bastard water and oil bolts in and then I discovered that the compressor
housing touches the engine mount.

As you can see, it's just touching - the manifold is nearly completely
flush. I'm considering shaving a couple of mm off of the engine mount
(probably 3 or 4mm). Having a look, I can't see how it would effect the
integrity of the mount. Anyone care to let me know if this is a really bad
idea or not?
I don't really want to go for top mount and personally really can't see a
problem in taking a few mm off of the stupid jackass of an engine mount.
