I, personally, vote for this one to be achieved ASAP. It's not that
hard for designers. I'm interested in this for my Brazilian Merb
Community. We don't have a cool logo (based on the merb's font)
because of that. :(

For the other sugestions, I think the Merb community should be focused
on documentation for now. Merbunity is a great idea, we just need more
content on that.
