Thanks for the great input. The local Z Burger chain has a guy pick it up every Wednesday but they haven't seen him in awhile. I wonder if more frequent (2 or 3x weekly) pickups would be more appealing, although since my consumption.is probably on the order of 10 gallons/week I would probably not be able to keep up with their supplies.
