How 'bout FL? I looked at two 124's several years ago that had recently spent very few months in FL; while there, they had magically lost nearly 200 kmi each.

Not really interested in having to fly to texas and then do business in spanish. Deep discount for both those issues. Cousin sells cars and his advice is to avoid cars from Oregon, Texas and Nevada. Title washing states that are prone to issues. Dealerships avoid used cars from those states.
