A "banjo bolt" is a hollow bolt that has a banjo shaped fitting under it with a hose of some type sticking out at a right angle. Hard to miss.

Size depends on application -- the one for the turbo will be a 15 or 17, I'd guess. The ones on the IP are 17s if I remember correctly, and you must be careful, the inlet and outlet bolts are NOT the same -- the outlet has a very small hole in it and acts to pressurize the IP. If you swap them, the engine won't run.
