Fresh fuses, and I did the cycle hazard trick to no avail. I can hear the stupid relay clicking away at high speed like a machine gun. Not sure I can resolder the dumb thing. Can I?
Yes, my son. Use the Force... (Sorry, just watched SW again, on LD of course.) I just did this on the Frankenheap, a full-metal resoldering and contact cleaning. Worked like a charm, though its problem was non-blinkiness, not machine-gunning. The trick to getting the thing back together is to turn on the hazard function first. -- Jim
