I removed the turn signal relay that lives under the left side of the
dash and re-soldered. will see if that had an impact. Damn thing fell
apart when I tried to pull it off. Still not sure where the timer
relay for the back window lives

I'm confused. Both what? The _only_ flasher is the combination
hazard switch/flasher relay. One part. Does it all.
