The 140 is a sweet vehicle with a nice ride. Dual front airbags are good to have around too. Figure the cost of a new engine into the mix if you go with the S350. Still worth it IMHO. If you don't go diesel, go for the Full Monte and get the V12 600. Wickedly fast ride. Been looking for one for a while myself. Would be good for city driving.
