I did this a long time ago on a Volvo 122S with success, so it could not have been too difficult; but back then such parts kits were readily available.

I've tried a new voltage regulator, that did not help. Could there be something relatively easy to test and replace? I'm going to have some time soon, and if I can spend a couple hours testing and fixing, I'd prefer to do that rather than purchase a new alternator. -- ------------- Max Charleston SC _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com All posts are the result of individual contributors and as such, those individuals are responsible for the content of the post.
