I got Curt and Dwight's former 240D to start this am in 14 degree temp. I put it through two 30 sec glow cycles and one 20 sec crank and it fired up. Compression couldn't be that bad!
It still does it's weird temp fluctuation thing so I can only drive it around town for now.
