While I really don't like bankers, I do like more light in the evening. I also hate changing the clocks and having to adjust my schedule twice a year. I vote to permanently implement the one hour ahead - make "high noon sun time" happen at 1PM clock time. Of course, now that I'm retired and don't keep any kind of regular schedule at all - the only effect I suffer is that on those around me, like the other drivers, etc.
