We had the hangar roof sprayed with foam then a white vinyl (or something) paint. It was supposed to stop all the leaks, but it has developed a small one where a 16' antenna is mounted on top - probably due to moving in the wind. The insurance company paid for it after they totalled the roof due to hail damage. The foam/paint was less expensive than replacing the steel roof.
